I think a 6 month loan is perfect ... the issue is the we can't afford a 'luxury attacking' player when we have a poor defence that needs protection from the midfield. Next season, we should have a better defence, and as a result a more balanced midfield that can afford a bit of maverick in there. The challenge will be whether Dele has any confidence or any relationship left with Jose by then.

A deal with no option to buy makes sense. Our manager is at least midway through his time with us and the next one will want Dele, no matter who that is
Pretty sure there's a lot of managers who would prefer Lo Celso or Tanguy playing there

You have two sides of the brain, 'left' and 'right'. In the left side, there's nothing right. In the right side, there's nothing left.

I don’t understand why these sort of posts get so much negative ratings, overall Alli has been good player for us since he joined, he hasn’t had a proper run in the team to see if he can find form and people know how mourinho doesn’t stay around too long. It’s a fair point our board might be thinking the same thing.

You don’t understand why someone commenting that 14 months in our manager is halfway through his tenure with us, thereby asserting as fact that he will fail (as that’s why managers tend to leave) by the end of next season, is attracting negative ratings?

On a hunch... 1961, 1989, Spurs and Yiddo...are you his son?

Dele has had 3 years to get his shit together,2 of which was under the guidance of one of the best manager's we have had in recent times (Poch). He has had his ego stroked even Mourinho pandered to him early door's.Dele had a purple patch tail end last season then returned to his lackadaisical self.Spurs clearly want to get over the line and turn hard luck stories and close but no cigar into trophy winning headlines.

As a club Levy has taken the step of hiring one of,if not the most decorated managers of all time.Of course he makes mistakes we all do,but unlike Dele, Mourinho has'nt been afforded 3+ years to fix the obvious issues.Doing Dele no justice keeping him around when he need's to go rediscover what makes him enjoy his footy again. If that means going to PSG and reuniting with Poch via loan or permanent then so be it I wish him well c'est la vie.

As for the poster you quoted his incessant rambling in reference to Mourinho is tedious at best, that's just his latest masterpiece.I envy anyone who has not yet had to read that repetitive shit.

I find it a bit bizarre for PSG though - surely there's little point in bringing in a big name who expects to play for just 6 months when he's got to get back up to match sharpness having barely played and adapt to a new culture. A year, yes, but how many games will he realistically play in half a season?

Seems like a bit of an ego trip from Poch, to be honest. Can't see it working out well for PSG.

But from our perspective, I guess it's ok, as long as we don't end up getting Lingard - which would be even odder considering he's a massive downgrade and will only be filling Dele's spot as the squad member missing out every week.

If Dele's out on loan and we want a replacement, what we really need is a hungry homegrown youngster from the Championship.

They're depth is honestly not great. Its a player hat Poch had massive success with and they're fighting for the UCL title. Plus gets them to test out and see if it works before making a big offer in the Summer hopefully.

Does anyone have any idea on what wages Alli is on here?

he's asserting as fact that 3 years is Mourinho's max, fail or not.

For an oil money club like PSG who always have the funds to bring in new players, given that this window there are so few available players, bringing in a former favourite of their new manager on loan is a low-cost, low-risk option.

So there’s no implication whatsoever then, from the guy who derides mourinho in practically every post, that the reason for his tenure ending in 14 months maximum (by the way, 3 years is longer than 28 months) as he did say ‘at least halfway through’ that this will be down to him failing?

Riiiiiiggghhht.

you can pick whatever fight you want with that poster, dont ask me to read his mind. its a historical fact that Mo lasts 3 seasons, max.
