Who? Sign who? Who could we sign that would fit our style of play, would be within our budget and that the manager would sanction?
If the attacking options on our bench on Sunday are to go by, namely Sterling and N’koudou. We are in deep dodo

edit: err, might have been the wrong thread not sure
edit2: screw it, i cant find a better one

gilly on simb(whos itk is often way off): Dont get too much itk these days. Just had lunch with some physio guys from the top table.

Dele has a chronic problem with his hammies and the real worry is its on the cusp in terms of trashing his career. He played way too much last year and needs a protection in terms of how much plays and when he comes back.

Thanks, that explains the constant injuries.

1) It would have cost us more (Premiership tax)

2) Doubtful that Piatek wants to come here and sit on the bench behind Kane and play sporadically.

3) Striker wasn't a priority area to upgrade - ITK confirmed.

Was also posted in january.

Fucking hell if that's true, especially with us flogging the same players for the last two seasons, with many muscle injuries. Our luck with injuries is beyond ridiculous, but it's worrying if the overreliance on a small group is causing problems.

Tottenham and players with chronic injuries. We surely must be at the top of the league in that stat.

I will get panned for this and possibly rightly but ever since he has started getting tattoos his fitness has declined. Now I'm not anti-tattoo by any stretch but I do wonder if putting dye into a finally tuned sporting body is the best thing for it.

Your immune system surely has to divert resources during the healing process not to mention any possible toxins now inside the body. I have read some studies about how ink has been found in the lymph nodes and how tattooed skin does not sweat in the same way as non tattooed.

I’m sure more studies will be done in this area in the future now many sportsman have them.

I think it's the haircuts. His hair looks exactly the same every single match, he must get a bi-weekly trim to keep one exact length. All the hair cuts cut into his rest time, I think.

He has been playing professionally since 2012 he was 16. The clubs will need to look into the young star's health much more seriously.
He may well need some fallow years to mend

I don’t believe any physio from spurs would say anything there contracts must be so thick and water tight and i am sure they are careful waht they say its a persons whole career they are discussing!

i doubt we are flocking them Poch has a reputation for going with what the sports science team say and i dont believe he rushes players back!

Fwiw you are absolutely correct - but the majority of people will laugh at you for suggesting it of course.

I was once warned off getting a tattoo by a Hematologist. I was seeing him due to having a 'chronic' condition at the time (which compromised my immune system) and when i mentioned getting a (first) tattoo he was most insistent that i didn't, more or less for the reasons you state (permanent toxins in the body, immune response etc).

It's a fair point but there's loads of players with tatoos, I'm sure we'd be seeing more injuries if that were the case.

I wonder if they've looked into the amount of time he spends sat down playing computer games ?

Seem to remember it being suggested that Bales injury problems at Spurs could potentially be down to him making numerous journeys back to Wales in a low slung sports car, which was bad for his posture ?
