Dier is one of those he wants out, imo.
I've a feeling this may have been one of Dier's last games for spurs..

He can hardly use a press release about this result to complain about his game time this season.
A casual observer would think this totally validated him sat on the bench all season.

Dier was meant to have had a good game but he has never been one to grab a game by the scruff of the neck and dominate, when just a few years ago, many thought he had that potential.
He will never be that player, it seems. But that doesn't make him dead wood.
