"Working harder" isn't going to fix it. Everyone just needs to cheer the fuck up, start enjoying themselves, and stop being so bloody down.

Go out, get battered, shag some birds. All far too uptight.

So Poch said we needed the summer transfer window to be closed to get a settled squad.

Now he’s saying we will fix in January.

Not sure I understand.

Eric Dier says Tottenham need to "be humble" and work harder to turn around their poor run of form.

We were about as humble as it can get last night. Anyway, talk is cheap - I think that it's safe to say that fans want the talking on the pitch, not off it.

Unfortunately, whenever Dier pops up with any of this type of pre match rhetoric, it normally results in the exact opposite of what he's calling for.

Our players talk a very good game, Dembele used to be the voice of it. I can guarantee you if we had of went one nil down last night we would have won that game. We really come out with any urgency, we have been like it for years.

I think he thought players that he wanted out of the club would be gone at the end of the transfer window, now he’s hoping that they’ll leave in the January transfer window.

I agree. If you remember when he took over, the first thing he did was lose players that were disruptive or not wanted. The camp then felt more unified. That's clearly important to him, and it's why he must be given more time.

Any talk of Poch leaving is insane, if he goes, Utd will take him within a week and they’ll be finishing third and playing exciting football and we’ll be sixth and moaning.

It's not like we've been playing exciting football for oh, about a year and a half.

Dier is one of those he wants out, imo.
I've a feeling this may have been one of Dier's last games for spurs..
