Quite easy, are you satisfied with the job Redknapp is doing. Not this season but overall.

Overall, yes. We got into the Champions League for the first time and got to the QF's. We also had a 5th placed finish which was great I feel considering we were balancing it with the Champions League - on top of that City had spent loads at the start of the season.

As for this season, I don't know what more we could do really with the injuries in the centre of the park. No matter who we had in CM today and against United, they were bound to get over-run. If Parker comes in that will toughen us up in the middle, as well as Adebayor coming in... we'll be fine.

Well in his first season with us he got us away from relegation, which is what he was hired for.

Second season he exceeded expectations and got us Champions League football.

Last season we finished 5th, finished top of our Champions League group and got to the quarter finals as well, beating AC and Inter Milan along the way, which is a fantastic achievement.

This season, while we have started poorly I think we will do well, assuming we buy some quality in the last few days of the transfer window.

So yeah, I'm satisfied.

What a time to put this poll up. I smell an agenda.

Given that I specify his overall performance the timing shouldn't make much difference. No agenda here, I would have voted the same in May as I have today. Harry hasn't gone down in my opinion or anything like that.

Great manager.

He's been very frustrated with the transfer policy we've conducted since last summer when we failed to capitalise on Champs League football.

This frustration has been latched onto by the fans who think he's being a negative influence. He would say that he's trying to influence Levy to get deals done early because he knows we were a few players away from challenging for the title.

Sadly he will be blamed and probably sacked all because of another fmdisruptive transfer window.

Just like Jol and Ramos.

Can't believe more fans can't see the similarities...

Don't get carried away by imagining that getting to the Champions League was down to Harry's ability.
Jol almost made it but for a virus in our last game of the season,Ramos won a Carling Cup and let's be honest here, they are no great shakes as managers.

When are you going to understand...........the chairman doesn't target the players we are going to buy!

That's the manager!

We have had a terrible run of form starting from last season and now into this, regardless of the fact we have probably just played the teams that will finish in first and second.

It's the manner in which the team has just folded like a deckchair and looked as weak and pathetic as the teams in the 90s.

Redknapp got us into the CL and should get all the praise he deserves but thats done and dusted now and he now needs to shut his fucking mouth and start earning his corn, or the fucking 2points from 8 games he keeps saying, will be about his stat this season.

He's been very frustrated with the transfer policy we've conducted since last summer when we failed to capitalise on Champs League football.

What about his handling of the players he does have. One of my main gripes is that from day 1 he's picked worse players over better ones. He left Gareth Bale out of the team for months and then tried to sell us, successfully it seems, that Bale wasn't good enough and that he worked some magic and turned him into a world class player. He's left Kranjcar out for most of last season despite him being one of the main reasons we finished 4th. He picks one of the worst strikers in the PL but leaves the most prolific striker we've got on the bench.

It's harsh to blame Harry for transfers. No one really knows what happens behind the scenes. We may never have been interested in the players that we're linked to and not signing them doesn't mean there's automatically a problem with Redknapp or Levy. It's unfair to blame people when you don't know any of the facts. What you could do, is blame them for the players they did buy since clearly they had the choice to buy them or pass on them. Can't blame them for not selling certain players either. If they're under contract they don't have to go anywhere

Harry is mad tactically playing two out and out wingers and krancjar and modric in center midfield is crazy. How did we stand a chance with that decision.

Which contradicts the selection he made for Milan away (Sandro,Palacios) and before anyone says they were not available. I would counter that with pack the midfield with a 3 then. Livermore, Hudd and Modric.

Never liked him before he signed for Spurs, have done all I can to get behind him since he's been our manager, but when things go wrong my original dislike has bubbled to the surface very quickly.

I share similar sentiments to that I've read on this site since X-mas last year. Dislike the way we play under him, dislike his inability to shake things up, dislike his relationship with the media and their love in for him, dislike the way the basics of football seem foreign to our team.

Was the right man at the time but I look at the manager like I look at players. Once their job is done, you move them on and get in someone better. It didn't work out swapping Jol for Ramos, but that strategy was the right one to me. It's felt for a while that he's not known what direction he wants to go in... When you see that starting to happen, upgrade.

Hey ho, I'm still positive, with or without Redknapp I have a good feeling about the next two games and I think we'll have 6 points from 4 games and we'll have the hard start to the season over. It's a shame the Everton game was called off, if there's a time to play them, first up is the best.. and I think we would have got the points there too.

Not anymore. We got beat worse than Swansea at home. We were meant to be going for CL - the results are showing we shouldn't even be in top 6 this year.
