Does any other team offer the 'rollercoaster'?

Was thinking about how being a Spurs fan is often described as a rollercoaster ride - intense highs and lows often very close together and moments of sublime genius and unbelievable stupidity often mere seconds apart on the pitch.

This then got me thinking, do other teams fans experience anything close to what we do?

Spam fans are sad enough to hold a parade for a second division promotion, thats not a rollercoaster, its the teacups ride.

Scum fans have got used to winning in the past 15 years but they don't have the pride we do due to their filth-littered history and certainly dont have the 'ride' we do.

Pool fans are so deluded they actually believe the league title belongs to them, yet they ain't won it in years.

Now maybe being a Juve or a Zenit St Petersburg fan is exciting but I really wouldn't know - the point is I can't think of a another club that can offer the 'rollercoaster'.

Anybody...

Spam? Lose FA Cup Final one year, just miss out on relegation the next...

Spam and Man City I'd say have a whirl-wind of a ride...Spurs also with all the false dawns and promises

Someone like West Brom is even more severe, surely. Stuttering through promotion and relegation.

We pretty much knew what to expect for ten years or so - 10th - 14th finish with a half decent cup run.

What about Wimbledon? They won the FA Cup in 1988 and were still in the Prem up until eight years ago. Now they don't even exist! We should count ourselves very fortunate indeed.

I think the 6 4 game against reading sums us up over the last 3 years in terms of "rollercoaster ride", i.e. you never knew what we were going to get and on the whole its been better than the previous....well, as far back as when we had gazza and lineker playing for us in the early 90's. since then we've mostly been very average.

I think for all round thrills and excitment we must be the most mentally draining to watch but seeing those sunderland stats makes me think we're not that bad.

I think most other teams are rollercoasters - for the fans that support them. We're probably more unpredictable than many sides, but there's highs and lows for everyone - even man u fans.

That 4-5 loss to Arsenal at home sums up following our Club for me.

That, and the 125 game against Villa at the Lane. 3-1 down at half time, forlornly waving my flag, then coming back to 4-4 with Kaboul going on a loony run towards the bench.

By that time we were playing 2-4-4.

AFC Wimbledon are a continuation of the old Wimbledon, and the FA Cup victory against Liverpool has been 'awarded' to them, rather than MK Dons... They've been promoted 3 times in the last 5 seasons...

I loved the way the half time pitch guy carried on with the pre-prepared script and said something like 'on this wonderful evening' and got booed...

basically we are england. sounds harsh but we always fail to deliver despite a lot of hype. although are games are obviously 100 times more exciting than watching england games. i'll still sit through engalnd v usa tomorrow but it will be painfully bad
