Giovani Dos Santos has claimed he will be playing for Spurs next season.
The 19-year-old told reporters after a friendly between Argentina and Mexico he had agreed to move to White Hart Lane after snubbing Manchester City.
Barcelona and Tottenham are reported to have agreed an initial fee of six million euros (£4.7million) for a player who was considered to be one of the hottest prospects at the Nou Camp just two years ago.
That figure may rise to 10 million euros (£7.9million) depending on clauses in his contract, but the news will be a huge boost for the north London club.
He is quoted in Sport saying: "Next season I will be playing for Tottenham."
