I don't get this if it's true.

Aren't they meant to be signing Rafa Mir? Plus they already have Felix, Correa, and Suarez as their strikers?

Suarez is 34 and Felix is one of the worst big money acquisitions of all time… circa £120m, 2 seasons in and he can’t hit a barn door. 13 goals in 58 games, woeful.

I wouldn't worry. According to this Rafa Mir is the most likely and close; Atletico will only be signing one striker.

I don't put much value on this report but it does amuse me that people immediately jump to the conclusion that 1, Atletico can outbid us, 2, Fiorentina would rather deal with Atletico and 3, the player would prefer Atletico over playing for us in the Premier League.
I don't particularly believe any of them.

Dunno if this is a better source - I know Di Marzio and Romano are good. I know the rest used to be rubbish

I must admit that contrary to my initial thoughts this guy does seem to be the next target in Fabio's crosshairs. Hearing his name mentioned quite a bit over here and Fiorentina fans are saying Torino's Andrea Belotti is being lined up as his replacement. If that's a possible deal then this could happen very soon.

this is intriguing, as last week there was talk he was on the verge of signing a new deal with a 70M release clause, then it was said Paratici had been in touch with his agents and heard no more about the new deal....I do think this guy is someone we need to get if we can as prob the future Kane replacement...

Contract talks sound like putting pressure on us to pay up. They would want him sold asap if he's going anywhere so they can spend some of the money.

Is the belotti €15m fee correct, seems a bargain and would be decent backup for us at that price

would like us to consider Dominic Calvert-Lewin, I’m a big fan, proven, quick, proper number 9, good work ethic, home grown… wouldn’t be cheap as has a long contract

I know people will say too expensive, but Everton have been very frugal with their signings so far, could they be in trouble?

They don't seem to be pumping in as much as they did in previous seasons and might not be in the best of positions atm.
