Tickets E-Ticket not received- What do I do?

Go ticket office with your confirmation and ID and they’ll print it off for you
I think ticket office is open on Saturdays try email Submit a request – Ask Spurs (tottenhamhotspur.com) .
Last Thusday somebody else got their E ticket 9am Thursday morning for the Pacos game.
PS Should be open, Our phone lines are open 10am-5pm Monday-Friday, and 10am-4pm on Saturdays.

On this note, me being a lazy bastard, I've only got round to downloading my pass into Google Pay this morning. Having done the online I'd like thing, my pass hasn't updated with the entrance/block/row etc, for today's match. Is this to be expected, or should it update with the details?
All a bit of a mystery with this new system, the ticket office is open from 10am today if it hasn't updated by the time you get to the ground what should be showing on the pass is a QR code without that no way past stewards or turnstiles.

Thanks mate for the advice. I've got a QR code, but the entrance, block etc over the top of it aren't showing data. I think the QR code on its own would work, as I've got tickets, but not sure if I need the extra info on there or not. I'll aim to get to the ground an hour before, and use the ticket office if needs be.
The whole thing is a mystery so many have had problems , if there is a problem you won't get past the first steward check and they will just send you to the ticket office. I had a problem with the Arsenal game but fortunately my entrance was in the north stand right near the ticket office others in the queue with me had a right moan they had to walk up from the south stand get their ticket sorted and then back to the south.
