We had itk yesterday that said a premier league club are in for eze and it's not spurs. Would make sense wouldn't it

Was wondering especially if the Paqueta deal actually fell apart yesterday or so and the press are only just catching up.

If Orban is our only attacking reinforcement I’m going to be incredibly underwhelmed and also concerned. No slight on him as he looks very promising but he’s not yet at the level where we can, or should, be expecting much impact from him. He will need time and patience imo.

From a HG perspective Tosin makes a lot of sense even if technically there are probably better out there but for some reason he doesn’t want to come supposedly. Maybe he wants to go somewhere he’s a first team player. Not sure. Would probably be a savvy move tho if he changes his mind.

He ran himself ragged tonight and was on the end of some hard tackles. He's basically the only threat in that team besides a fat Jordan Ayew and teams know that until Olise gets fit. He didn't look great but Palace look terrible in all facets. Wouldn't shock me if they were in a relegation battle all year.

Over rated on here. There are some people here convincing themselves that not paying 70m for him is ‘Levy penny pinching and not showing ambition’.

He’s a good player, but not worth what they would ask for him, and not in a position we need to strengthen

I think over rated is a bit of a meaningless term. Who is over rating him? Fans? We're never consistent.

He doesn't regularly get in the England squad or get calls from fans to do so.

I can't say I watch Palace that much so it's hard for me to judge. From what I've seen and read, he's decent but likely not much more than that.

They also quite like signing young established English talent and players who can play multiple positions, Eze fits that bil..

Yep he’s class but we don’t actually need him at all right now.

He is a good player that will only get better. Would be great in the sarr position for us, uses the ball really and is press resistant. Just not for the money required. He seems younger as he had that Achilles injury and missed a year of football.

I don't disagree, especially for the quoted money. File it in the good players that don't fit our budget for £ for performance.
