I reserve judgement until he's signed on the dotted line but of course, as a fan I'm extremely excited to be linked with the calibre of player such as Hazard, although I remember Gourcuff was lauded as the heir apparent to Zidane but never seemingly reached his potential albeit I'm sure he's still young enough.

Without trying to be a moaning Minnie, shouldn't we be allocating this fund to a striker or securing Adebayor long term?
