Sounds more like a 'I am available come and get me' announcement.
More to Real Madrid and Barcelona than Spurs who will both pay more for him and pay him more, Real Madrid for sure.
He even says that Spanish football would suit him better.
He mentions Spurs certainly and checks one or two of our players but I think that this is as long way from being done and 40/60 at the very best.

Sorry, clearly a good player and the type of signing we should be looking at.
Until the manager situation is clearer and a new pay structure in place I'm not sure annything will happen.
The new stadium is too far down the line to influence signings in the next couple of years.

For me this stinks of Kluivert years ago. But in fairness we have done great business in the close season before the summer window, Berbatov, Bale, & Modric. But this looks like a come get plea, to the better of teams. I could see him joining Chelsea, even in their current mess, it would be what they are missing some one to play on the left. But maybe with AVB going that might stall that deal. Would love to see him play at WHL, but where? For me if we got Hazard id sell VDV who is now 29, and play him through the middle.

the pace of that would be frightening, not only that Like bale and lennon do swap flanks, i think harzard and bale could do it too giving us 4 options
