Email receipt shows three tickets purchased for FA cup. Email with tickets only has two? Any ideas?

The email with my digital tickets arrived today, but only has two tickets. My receipt email clearly shows that I bought 3, and I’ve definitely paid for 3.

What's your ticket reference? Which block ? NI number ? DoB ? Bank account?

I'm assuming you've got a membership? If so then one applied to your membership card and these are the other two for the non members

I had the same reaction but I believe the other will be loaded onto my digital pass

I had something similar I purchased 2 tickets for this game one went onto my digital pass the other was sent as an email.

It would have been a bit more helpful if they'd sent two emails or one where they specify that your other ticket is loaded onto your digital pass.

I now have two digital tickets one on my digital pass and the other in separaye and safe in my digital wallet. Both arrived the same day.

I recall they did vaguely say something like that when advertising them. A little more clarity in the emails sending the tickets would have cleared up the confusion which initially led some including me into thinking they'd sent one less than was purchased.

Question about this one also...I purchased a single ticket, same seat as my ST. I got an email this morning saying that my digital pass has been updated with details for this fixture.

My Digital Season pass has never said which game, (team/date/kick off time etc)is active - only the QR code. Am I assuming that this is all set?

Your Digital Pass should always show the next game (opponent and seat) you're due to attend. If it doesn't then refresh it, (three dots, then drag/swipe down) - failing that reinstall it from the original Digital Pass email from the club

Thanks mine was still showing Bournemouth and this worked a treat
