Never ever ever ever put my hatred of Arsenal above my love for Spurs. 1st/3rd.

I hate Chelsea more anyway.

Seems silly and I'd go 1st/3rd too but I've heard a few people saying they'd rather see Arse miss out on CL as it would weaken them so much long term. Maybe the 1st/3rd option should have been left out. If it was 2nd/3rd or us 3rd them 5th I'd see an argument for 3rd/5th even though being runners up would be nice.

I thought the options for this were going to be something along the lines of:

Finish 3rd
Finish 4th behind Arsenal and win the FA Cup
Finish 4th behind Chelsea and win the FA Cup
Finish 5th but still ahead of Arsenal

Something like that.

What the hell does Arsenal have to do with anything? My concern is that we qualify for the Champions' League (preferably as champions) if we achieve that, I couldn't care if Arsenal live or die frankly. Nor Swansea, nor Havant & Waterlooville, nor Napoli or any other football club for that matter.

Quite

It's all about us and the best for our club. Couldn't give a toss about anybody else especially that lot

I didn't knock the existing poll (unlike some others), I just commented that it wasn't what I was expecting, and the reason I was expecting something different is because, as others have said and you yourself have conceded, the top option of finishing 1st is an obvious choice.

For me any poll which has us winning the league as an option is a no-brainer. As you say, take that option away and people may struggle to agree on their favoured outcome.

Yep, are there truly fans who hate Arsenal that much they'd take Arsenal failure over Spurs success? Fuck it, Arsenal can have 2nd, FA Cup Win, League Cup Win and Runners-Up in the CL if we can win the league.

I detest the scum, but i would accept them winning the Champions League and the FA fucking cup in return of us becoming champions....the sight of Ledley lifting the trophy...the ticker tape to the tune of 'we are the champions' fuck that yes please!

Might seem that way but apparently 15% of people would rather Arsenal get 5th or 18th than we win the league. Which is interesting and is entirely the point I was hoping to make.

The 15% are either:

Having a laugh
On prescription medication
Not Tottenham supporters
All of the above

Nobody of a sound mind who supports Tottenham would not want to see us become champions for the 1st time since 1961
