Problem is who is going to pay a couple billion quid and then have money left over for investment .

Only a handful of individuals with that kind of money and they are not the type to buy football clubs.

So that leaves a consortium type takeover which is fraught with danger.
At the very least we’d have some new energy annd ideas. Levy is so stale.

Oh I couldn’t agree more which makes it all the more depressing. 20 years and if infrastructure is your thing then it’s been a wankfest. But if you like winning things not so much.

If they were under any doubts about how toxic the atmosphere is then they got it tonight. While I don't agree with booing the people who did it had every right to.
Fans are taken for mugs, highest season ticket prices, our tickets tonight are more than double what most other fans have to pay, our own home grown world class striker wants to leave, sacked the best manager most fans have ever seen, we have a squad full of players that wouldn't look out of place in the 90's teams and we don't even have a fucking manager.

Congratulations ENIC / Levy you have alienated a fanbase by your own mismanagement.

There is only 1 way out of this mess for ENIC. Major investment into the first team this summer. We need a new RB, CB, AMC, RM, and a new CM. Players like Dier, Winks, Dele, Sissoko, Doherty, Davies, Lucas, Lamela should all go for varying reasons. If ENIC fails yet again(and lets be real, failure is much more than likely than not), we’ll sink further down the table, the clubs value will take a massive hit & things will turn extremely ugly.

Really was no surprise Levy made the statement he did. He saw the writing on the wall with the protests and with fans being in the stadium for the game. Silly comment on his part imo re Spurs fans’ DNA because it’s about us as football fans in general not anything in Spurs fans’ DNA. What is in that “DNA” is the club’s consistent failure!

Just more deflection on his part re some of his own decision making. I’m encouraged he made the admission, and the booing at the game in the stadium puts more necessary pressure on him to put a footballing structure in place which removes him from critical decisions which damage us as a football club!

They've had 20 years.

I know. But that's not relevant to the point.

I was asking you, hypothetically, if you would stick to your oath (for want of a better word) if ENIC was to stay for a further 20 years and if, in that time, the club once again became a Champions League regular and even won the occasional trophy.

Is anyone else worried about the recent outburst from us and the media and think that this will make ENIC shut up shop even more and maybe provide a team worthy of European football if possible whilst they make money from the events and the American football etc and just keep things there now ? Just a thought ? I do wonder whether the last few weeks makes them think "Fuck them"

Levy and Hitchen are toxic.

We need a full fan strategy of how to demand change at the top levels of the club and it's shocking recruitment. As for the programme notes - wow, shocking - disgusting - audacious - propaganda

How about Daniel Levy is a ****?

If the last week doesn’t sum up how we have won so few trophies under ENIC, nothing will
It’s f****** embarrassing, the whole thing is total amateur night. I mean given how Levy has now completely lost the fans I think he should step aside. I don’t want him anywhere near player recruitment given the shit show decision making.

Even with investment, I simply have no faith that the current people in charge will get it right.

Was he there tonight?

I couldn’t see him. Did they show him on tv?
he has not even come out in public to appologise about the super league disaster so why would he turn up tonight? He knew fans would be there and knew there would be a reaction towards him - he is a coward and a disgrace

Should give the fans that went their money back but we all know that’s never gonna happen
