Standard Eric Dier to go about things quietly. Quietly he turned out to be one of the quickest player in the Premier League. He's the slowest quick player I know of.

In what world do you live where those stats from a young centre back are not a positive at all?

Nope. If you actually read the numbers involved and, for example, compare them to others, they're really rather "down the middle" IE, neither great, nor terrible.

Well done Eric, your very safe, average performance, against a team certain to go down, contributed to one of the most boring 0-0's in history.
Well done for not leaving your own half for 90 minutes.

Because as a centre back your main duty is to create goals, not protect your own. Geddit. (y)
