Absolutely no surprise is it. There have been rumours of 'gifts' for years. Can't believe these guys are allowed to get away with it and not lose their positions.

Until recently in Switzerland, bribes were not illegal. Guess where fifa is based?

Of course we all knew they were corrupt but if they get Warner then it's a step towards a new vote and the scrapping the Quatar World Cup all together. No doubt the Russians payed for their world cup too but assuming we're not all at war by then, I doubt much will happen.

Its not a shock though is it, everyone knows it goes on.
To remove one though means they all have to go, and we know blatter isn't going anywhere so it won't happen.
What I do find funny is that its not had that much press, read into that what you will...

Many, many people who were living in Qatar at the time knew the vote was rigged. Expats were - through UK-based contacts - laying bets on it at the bookies there 3 weeks beforehand.
Fact.

I am bewildered:rolleyes:

So can FIFA come to its senses and move the 2022 WC to America, where it should be? While they're at it, move 2018 to England.

More than 900 workers have already died. That will be in the thousands by the time of the World Cup at that rate. What the fucking fuck

But people who would decide if they keep their positions are also on the take.:D

It's a kaleidoscope of corruption.
