Apart from Cov in 1987 the Port Vale disaster was up there with bay days out.
I was born 2 months before the Coventry loss, my dad has always blamed me for it. I blame the second bottle of wine 11 months earlier.
Lost to West Ham 3 times in one season.
Fucks sake riggi I've only just erased that from my memory.
I'll never forgive Tottenham for that. Even if we do the treble. I've not been the same since.
So city, Chelsea, united, us and Leicester in the quarters, plus wba or saints and a couple of wild cards
My Dad took me. The only final he’d ever seen Tottenham lose. We’d also been the year before to see Hull KR get beat by Castleford. He called me a jinx and I then had to endure years of never seeing a team win at Wembley, be it England or anyone else.
Finally got to see my first win against CSKA last year then I watched us beat R Madrid so think my hex is finally over.
I've not been back to Wembley, old or new since that horrible day in 1987.
My 9th birthday present was tickets for that game
So - 3 replays tonight...
Birmingham vs Huddersfield
Rochdale v Millwall
Swansea v Notts County
My call is 3 home wins but I know the square root of feck all sometimes.
Millwall and Huddersfield to win away and Swansea to win.
Come on Rochdale - I want us to visit the Crown Oil Arena because it's a cool name (if we get through).
Swans home and hosed already.
Hold the front page ...
I have to say Swansea have been playing bloody well.
Since we beat them. Very well.
Wank home attendance by Swansea.
Cmon millwall, give us a good derby.
Separate names with a comma.
