Fabio Paratici will target talented youngsters and players with dwindling contracts this summer

Tottenham’s recruitment supremo Fabio Paratici is planning to focus much of his transfer strategy on young upcoming talent and those on dwindling contracts.
Among the targets are Monaco midfielder Mamadou Coulibaly, who will be 18 in April and is out of contract at the end of the season.
