I'lm gonna say I preferred Andrew Garfield as The Amazing Spiderman (maybe bought on by bias because of Hacksaw Ridge), but Tom Holland was/is streets ahead of Tobey Maguire.

Holland was also very good in 'The Impossible' when he was only 8 years old.

I found out a few months back that Tom Holland is from New Malden, and went to the same Primary School that my daughter now goes to... and now this!

The bairn now gets to brag that she goes to the same school as Spiderman and supports the same team.

My mate was once in the clubhouse of some golf course (I think it was that) and got chatting to some guy at the bar. Really friendly bloke and they discussed what they do for work. The guy says he's an actor, so my mate asks if he's been in anything he might know. He says he's gonna be in the next Spiderman, which my mate thought was cool, so discussed films and that.

Anyway, the guy eventually has to go, and it was about a week later that my mate found out it was Tom Holland. Apparently he's a really down to earth, lovely guy, which I think's great as that sort of fame at an early age can go to a lot of people's heads.

Found this with 48 (alleged) Spurs fans, although I do think the American wrestlers only turned up one day at WHL to do a promotion for an upcoming wrestling event and was told to put a Spurs shirt on, but anyways here goes...
