Reportedly a closed deal for LAZIO?
I really don't get why making a thread about it.

So that you can see that Spurs made a late push for him? That he was a sought after player? That he could have possibly been a new Tottenham player? You know... just to KNOW? Knowledge, power, and all that?

It was a transfer rumour/report. I am in the right forum, no?

I'm expecting it was Capoue, not that I think this guy is worth the same value....
No way, Capoue was the best midfielder in France and this guy is an average striker, they'd have to pay us significant money on top of Djordjevic, plus why would he want to go to Nantes?? If we wanted to "insert a player into the deal" it was most likely a youth player or a loan.

This guy reminds me of a slightly worse version of Giroud.

Hard worker good in the air but not an exceptional goalscorer.

Oh well though.

I guess its interesting from a perspective of what player we where trying to offload to Nantes.

PLUS it let's you know who was a targeted player. I would like to know (or at least have an idea) of who/what kind player(s) they were looking for, what kind of profile, have an insight into their scouting, as it could ALL be telling.

Again, knowledge is power. Maybe some couldn't care less, and some obviously don't. They don't care how you cook the meal, they just want it served in front of them so that they can eat. And that's ok. But others are concerned with the ingredients. How it was all put together.
