Ljajic (sp?)(the player being subbed) came off applauding and giving the thumbs-up to the manager in "agreement" of his substitution - at this point Fiorentina, themselves not yet safe from relegation, were 0-2 down against Novara, the bottom team.

Delio Rossi has since been sacked. Fiorentina went on to draw the game 2-2, with 2 goals from Montolivo.

Ljajic was taken off after 32 minutes, i didn't see the game but he must've been pretty poor. Still, that's a messed up thing to do by the manager
