Five bold predictions for the new season 16/17

Alli or Dier will suffer a career-damaging (Sandro-style) injury.

Janssen will become a fan favourite, and will be pushing for a place ahead of Kane by the end of the season.

Guardiola will quit.

Eriksen will be the season's scapegoat.

Wanyama forces himself into a starting place.

We finish top of our CL group, but go out in the next round.

Dembele scores a spectacular winning goal against one of our big rivals.

1. Kane and Dele will score more PL goals than Zlatan and Rooney.
2. We will provide at least 1 England debutant. (Winks, for a bonus point)
3. We won't finish in the top 4...
4. ...however we will win a domestic Cup and get to the CL knock-out stage.
5. Either West Ham or Leicester will finish bottom half.

These are meant to be BOLD predictions, right?

1) West Ham relegated, and finish bottom, in their inaugural season in the Olympic Stadium.
2) Sir Alex (with G-Nev as his assistant) to take over as care-taker manager after Jose resigns after the January window. The Special One cites "not enough support from the board". He starts the next season as a pundit on BT Sport, and never manages again.
3) An England player to come out as gay. (My money will be on the soon to be monikered Not-So-Boring James Milner.)
4) We get drawn in a pig of CL group, and are out of Europe by December. This turns out to be a good thing as we become the form post-Christmas team, and pinch 4th place on the last day of the season from surprise package Stoke City.
5) Allí loses his place in the team and is sold for £12mil to Everton before the start of next season. By 2019 he is the World Footballer of the Year, an accolade he wins a total of three times.

4 - Lamela to be nominated PFA player of the year and to score over 15 goals in the Premier League

5 - Tottenham will reach the Quarter finals of the Champions League. Getting knocked out by a last minute penalty against Real Madrid. Ronaldo, having done naff all all game, will take his shirt off and begin running round the pitch with his underwear on his head. (On the plus side this will be the last straw for Bale who sick of Ronaldo taking all the glory will rejoin us in the summer of 2017).

-Spurs finish 6th (behind 2 London scummers, 2 Manc scummers + Liverpoo).

-We become boring again as teams figure us out and we can't score for a month.
-Something unforeseen and disastrous happens w/the new stadium, greatly delaying the opening.

2 - Liverpool fly home in the last 10 games to finish in the Top 4 following a mid-season slump. Strurridge returns to form.

4 - Leicester struggles and finishes in the Bottom 8. Vardy forces a transfer.
5 - Ranieri is approached for the vacant Arsenal position, with Thierry Henry as his assistant.

5. I'll order a Spurs shirt from the OS, it'll cost more for postage to Australia than the shirt itself & when it arrives it'll be 2 sizes too small but I still wear it (saying "what the f**k you looking at" to whomever gives me funny looks)

3. United will collapse in a cloud of egos by Valentine's day.

Wanyama will be our new CM hero and main man,but Janssen won't.
