When was the last time a manager left Madrid on his own terms? (Assuming it was)

Very smart move by Zidane leaves with his reputation intact, not like Wenger who shattered his.

And you believe that? I’ve got a beachfront property in Iowa to sell you
Lol I think it's far more likely you're trying to find more reasons to believe Bale joining us could still happen. Why the fuck would Zidane get sacked after winning 3 CLs? Ronaldo basically retracted his comments about leaving anyway.

No i dont think Bale is coming here.

Ronaldo retracts him comments. Then they announce Zidane leaving. You do the math

I think Zidane has genuinely walked. Nothing else to do and mentally exhausted.

most probably has walked due to the politics.

Perez might love Bale, but other than celebrating with him when he scored, he looked a lonely figure in all the celebrations including the bus ride. Bale most probably only has 2 real mates there, 1 Perez, and 2, Modric

Wenger favourite. Would be amusing if he went there and won the CL, just to taste the Arsenal fans’ tears.

Bale's problem is that he's not very bright. His Spanish is still terrible and his inability to communicate effectively will obviously hold him back

He said he was exhausted during the season. I'm not surprised at all really.

He retired as a player with a year left on his contract.

Currently been 5 minutes they’ve spent on SSN talking about whether Poch will be the next Madrid manager despite signing a 5 year contract last week.

Absolutely right.
3 Champions league wins on the bounce is absolutely incredible.
But underneath this was a real poor showing in La Liga, with Madrid a country mile of Barca.

ZZ can't do any more with that RM team right now.
Ronaldo moving on in the next 2/3 seasons will also mean a huge transition for the club too

Madrid would surely like to get a big name, marquee player in for their new manager, right? So someone has to leave...

I’m not part of either faction (CoB or KNoB), but I think, as others have mentioned, that he just doesn’t look happy there. Not part of things, despite his heroics. His reasons for wanting to leave seem more complicated than ‘wanting to play’

Maybe Conte, think he would be a good fit. But in all honesty I would love it if they came for Klopp!

so would you be exhausted if you had Ronaldo moaning a lot of the time. I'm sure the 1st half of the season Ronaldo was either being taken off a lot, or even rested
