Little part of me thinks United might let Martial go if they get Sanchez. Worth a cheeky bid? Hehe.

I think IF he ends up at United he will play on the right. Although any right minded supporter should want ham at City, no team will catch them for at least the next 3-5 years.

Seems odd that City, with all their financial clout, would let United come in and take Sanchez after being in for him this long.

According to the current press, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man Utd and Man City are all currently interested in him, which suggests someone is stirring the pot for more money.

Yeah obviously there's a lot more going on behind the scenes than we'll know about. Hope he ends up at City though.

Arsene Wenger has just been speaking to Sky Sports and says he expects a resolution on Alexis Sanchez's future "imminently".

If it's either of the Manchester clubs then an already crowded attacking set of footballers for both teams is going to have one more amongst their ranks. In a WC year there could (being the most important word) be some unrest to come from one or two.

You can't keep buying players and not have to move one or two on, even if you are minted.

Wenger is such a loser. How can you sell Alexis to United at this point in the season? He’s exactly what they need. Are they even trying to make the top 4?

This! What are they thinking? Sell to City and you retain some hope of the top 4. Selling to Utd is admitting defeat. Wish we had a chance with him. Would make us contenders.
