Getting tickets for Milan at home

Just wondered what people's thoughts/experiences are of going to the Ticket Office in person to get tickets as soon as they go on sale. I'm worried about the potential lottery of using the online system when the tickets for Milan at home go on sale to members. Instead I'm thinking about taking a half day so I can go down to the Ticket Office and give myself a better chance.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

You may have more chance.

I've not done it before so am assuming, but the fact that you don't have to queue up online potentially for a long time could mean you're going to get one!

Does anyone actually ever go to the Ticket Office anymore? Maybe they would if it was in Stratford, and easier to get to...

I would if it was in Stratford.

I've read some bad stories on here about doing it, but surely they learn from their mistakes?!
