I agree wholeheartedly that signing young players rather than wasting scouting and effort on the unobtainable marque players is the way forward.

But I feel I need to say something in relation to your post Mullers, having seen him numerous times at Hillsborough and St James' Park.

Nile Ranger is not very good.
Fair enough.

I disagree on signing good youth players as we have seen in the academy we have great talent in there but dont have time to develop in house and are doing so by the use of loans we need to sign players like Leandro who achievable and havent reached the next level before they start becoming the next best striker or whatever in the world

Problem is we need sign the players and not piss about in transfer, it doesnt help that all are targets are owned by clubs renowed for having chairmen that are very good at what they do: Porto, Shakhtar, Internacional, Lyon, Seville and etc.

Leroy Fer is playing for FC Twente today. I don't know what Everton was thinking about?

Ok, good for us, because they could be a good team if they did what I was thinking about :).

It must be nice to think that you're better than people with many years of experience & training.
One day you should list all your training and qualifications for a job as manager...
It would be interesting to compare your resumé against David Moyes' or Harry Redknapp's.
It's a wonder that no top team in any league hasn't taken a punt on you.
