I just can't fathom why, if it was planned for Kane to have an extra week off, this wasn't all nipped in the bud on Monday?
By either him or the club.
I know the club have a policy of not responding to rumours but this has been more than a little damaging.
I'm struggling to make sense of it all.
But... But... He said it was planned?!Allow me:
It wasn’t planned for Kane to have an extra week off. He’s been a very naughty boy.
You've fallen for his semantics there, though.
"Planned" is not "agreed". Only one party needs to be involved for a plan, whereas a mutual acceptance of the plan is an agreement
You’ve o’d on the meds again haven’t you……Its time to forgive and forget and move on. If there was one player that would be allowed to strike, it would be Harry Kane after all he has done for the club. He could have kicked up a fuss years ago. The guy wanted Spurs to win as much as any other Spurs fan.

Hero to Zero.
What a cock
They've done over 30 pages on Bluemoon since that Kane tweet. They are losing it and arguing amongst themselves.
"It's not me. It's you..."It sounds to me like he is justifying his decision to leave the club by finding fault with the fans. "It's not the place i thought it was......"
It seems I'm the only villager not marching with a pitchfork.
The most likely explanation, ie. the one that fits the known facts, is that Harry and Levy had an agreement that he would delay his return while a deal with Citeh was agreed. It should be obvious to everybody that he's not going to line up next week against the side he's probably about to join, so delaying his return by a week gives Nuno the simplest explanation to the press for him not being selected.
We can criticise the way he and the club have failed to manage the negative press, but to dump so much shade on Harry is bang out of order for any player, let alone for one of own. Are Spurs fans really so fickle?
I started to read it but as soon as they said the Spurs fans will be sucking up to him now I stopped. They really can’t read the room can they. They've done over 30 pages on Bluemoon since that Kane tweet. They are losing it and arguing amongst themselves.
Nuno said the the club would deal with the issue internally, which suggests that there was no agreement from the hierarchy that he could delay his return. If there was an agreement the club could have nipped this all in the bud by saying his extended leave was agreed due to the euros.
The club’s silence was deafening!
