Lol - anyone seen the latest Beats advert? Of course in the run-up to the Euro's it was Harry in the Firestarter Beats advert - being shown on pretty much every ad break.

Well, since England were shit and Harry was way below par, they're running a new version - it's exactly the same, except that it now starts Antoine Griezmann in Harry's place - it's really quite blatant!
That was always the advert with several different nations being represented, there was one proper long version with everyone doing something(Gotze, Fabregas and etc.) but I rather Kane not been in it at all now, last thing people need reminding of is the poor Euro's

If I was Harry, I would keep away from twitter, a lot of unnecessary hate on there

I've shamelessly stole this from a facebook page, but:

I can't be the only one who checked our fixtures for January.
12/31 - Watford
1/2 - Chelsea
1/14 - West Brom
1/21 - Manchester City
1/31 - Sunderland
2/4 - Middlesborough

Tentative league fixture dates. Add in the FA Cup matches and potential later rounds of the Capital One Cup. I'd say its likely he misses 1 or 2 matches at least. Just hope he plays vs Chelsea and Man City.

Taking a lot of flak from England fans tonight and looked so leggy and short of confidence in the game.

Fans always need a scape goat, especially England fans as they all support different teams and have different agendas.

I am however a little concerned that he's not had a proper rest, once again, this summer.

How do we solve this and get him back to his best? Or is it simply a case of avoiding the England team for a bit and taking a rest during the Ibternational breaks?

Go back in time. Forbid him from playing in the u21 tournament. And have spurs buy another striker so he wouldn't get flogged to death last season. Too late now, he's fucked.

Probably won't be at full fitness until the beginning of next season when he's actually had a summer off and a proper pre season.

I was just in the middle of typing out a post to the same effect. I'm genuinely puzzled as to what we ought to do with Harry. When you compare the energy with which he put himself about when he first broke into the team with the way he's played for us and for England recently, looking like he's running through treacle, it's clear that he has been absolutely run into the ground over the past two years.

I think that fatigue is the primary cause of his poor form of late, but the fact that his confidence is shot is not helping matters. Giving him a rest now may give him the impression that he's been dropped and make matters worse in that regard. It's pretty clear that the plan is to just keep playing him until he gets a couple of goals in the hopes that it will reinvigorate him, and I can see some logic in that.

But continuing to play him when he's so leggy already is only going to make matters worse in the long run, as that fatigue will continue to pile up. If it were me I'd play Janssen for the next couple of weeks. A rest would do Harry a world of good, and if he felt as though he had to fight his way back into the team we might begin to see the kind of effort he used to put in.

He broke his duck last season and got back in the goals by focusing about getting in and being alive in the penalty box. What both us and England are doing is failing to create good penalty box chances for Kane, instead asking him to get involved in the build up because the attacking midfielders and central midfielders are not making the play.

If we can improve our general build up play Lane can focus on getting in the box and pulling centre backs all over the place - for a biggish chap Harry is not that great in aerial duels, and his hold up play is far from the finished article

Totally isolated YET AGAIN in the first half for England but he definitely looks like he needs some prolonged rest. We should have let him have the first few weeks of the season until this international break off. Give him a bit more time relaxing. And that doesn't mean playing golf every day.

Just let him chill on the bench for a bit. Janssen looks perfectly capable to play alone uptop and also needs to break his duck. Give Kane time out of the limelight let him recover, bring him on for last 10/15 mins if needs be, he might be able to pick up a goal then.

Any goal he scores before November means he's already bettering his previous seasons
