This. Hopefully Southgate ignores Kane's protests and does the sensible thing.

Funny how people know the result of his scan
He got a knock, had a scan, played the next game and people saying like it's a fact he's injured. He looked no different against USA as any other game this season.
Oh he is carrying a knock on the ankle. I don’t need a scan to see that.Funny how people know the result of his scan

You see what exactly? He literally looked no different against USA to any other game for us or England. There was no limp at all so I'm not sure what you're seeing. If the media didn't make such a story of it I doubt you see anything. Its just because there was speculation about it that people are seeing something that isn't there.Oh he is carrying a knock on the ankle. I don’t need a scan to see that.
I also don’t blame him or England for trying to get the most out of him in the WC, even if that delays his return to Spurs. WCs are rare, and I understand the mindset of players to make the most of any opportunity they get.
I expect he will continue to play for England, and he will do whatever it takes to be available. I also expect that common sense prevails after the WC and Spurs gives him plenty of time to recover so that it does not become a recurring injury for the rest of the season.

Interesting use of ‘pretty much’.Harry Kane:
"I had a precautionary scan - which is common in our sport - and it came back pretty much all clear. Good to go."
You can see it can you? X-ray vision?Oh he is carrying a knock on the ankle. I don’t need a scan to see that.

Wrong, you get a scan to check whether it is injured or not. Thats the point of the scan. He took a knock to the foot not the ankle, his foot was cut and he got a scan after to make sure there was nothing more serious. He was cleared and played the next game.Guys this is not difficult. You don’t get a “precautionary scan” unless the ankle is injured.
Again I don’t think Kane or England are doing anything wrong here. It’s a short tournament so you wrap it up and go again.
But it’s clearly injured, and right now the best treatment is rest - assuming it does not get worse. So, the smart thing for Spurs is to give him that rest after the WC, so this minor knock does not turn into a bigger issue and cause him to miss more time.
If England get knocked out by the quarterfinals, then maybe there is enough rest, but if he aggravates the injury it would make sense to give him more time to recuperate.
Guys this is not difficult. There are different injuries that a person can have at different severities, some that require more time to heal than others, some serious and some not serious at all. It is clear we don't know what type or severity of injury Kane has suffered but Bluto Blutarsky has decided to ignore everything said by Southgate and Kane and is determined to let us all know their own opinion on the injury in the most pedantic and condesending manner he can possibly say it.Guys this is not difficult. You don’t get a “precautionary scan” unless the ankle is injured.

How is your Zoom diagnosis from home business going?Guys this is not difficult. You don’t get a “precautionary scan” unless the ankle is injured.

It's today , just in case you plan to watchHe got a kick of course it's not going to be 100% all clear because i'm sure he will have a bit of bruising ffs.
You lot are nuts. Kane said he's fine, the England manager said he's fine, he played the entirety of the match against the US, he's likely to play against Wales tomorrow.
But instead you want to go with your own versions of events lol
