Many years ago I had a disagreement with my wife because I wanted to take my son to what was going to be Glen Hoddle’s last game. It would have been his first game and I wanted him to be able to say he’d seen Glen play for Spurs.

My wife thought he was just too young and she won the argument (of course she did, no change there).

My son has just said that it’s a shame that his son never got to see Kane play for Spurs.

We move on.

I can't see Kane back in the prem anytime soon which is good news for us.

Bayern isn't going to sell him in 3 years when they're reportedly paying £100m+ and no premier league team will want to pay that kind of money for a 34+ year-old.

My guess is that he either comes back to Spurs or goes to America as that's always been a dream of his.

Is been his dream to play in the MLS? Since when?

No, he's always wanted to be a kicker in the NFL.

So he will probably want to build up his image in the USA and that would involve going to a club like Inter Miami for a couple of years before transitioning to the NFL.

So the ITK on Harry’s dogs was spot on. Well played Sir 😄😄

I would like to this opportunity to thank my parents, my partner and of course my own doggo. I look forward to receiving my blue background and to seeing A&C’s softer, more cuddly side behind the scenes.

It’s hurts Harry is leaving but personally it hurt more when 1 Hoddle 2 Bale 3 Gaiscoigne left but maybe it’s because I’m a romantic and they played from the heart compared to Kanes cold eyed killer. I wish Harry every success but more importantly COYS

I came to terms with Kane leaving a long time ago. I am fully behind the data led rebuild under a progressive coach. All that being said, it's a very strange feeling today.

I'm assuming (hoping) we will make one big signing following the sale. Love signing young players but do think we also need something for the here and now as well.

Anyhow, best of luck to Kane. Massive respect his willingness to leave the PL when he is so close to records here. Spurs were here long before any player and we will be here long after.

Spot on.

Love Harry, and really appreciate everything he has done for Spurs. However, I dont believe he will ever come back to the PL. For all his elite qualities, I dont believe that he will be capable (at the age of 34-35) to press anywhere near what is required in PL teams.
