Ha ha My kids were Goddle Waddle and Dimitar (bring back your own thread btw)
We named our dog Gazza and have a prized photo of the dog sitting on Gazza’s lap in his sports car.

My son is trying to persuade his wife to get a ginger cocker spaniel to be called Deki.

Life and football go on.

Meanwhile, Liverpool just bid 100m for Caicedo having spent 100m already on Szozbolai and MacAllister to completely revamp their midfield, whilst we need to sell our best player to bring in another decent defender.
We need to get him off the books so we can pay our deadwood for another few seasons.

I actually think we may not see him in English club football again.

He's always said he wanted to have a go at bring a kicker in the NFL once his football career is over, so can see him doing 2-3 years at Bayern, then a couple years playing in the MLS before giving the NFL a go.

All joking aside and apologise if i’ve pissed off anyone on here, but what a dark day for our football club This is a new low for me, I can’t stand Levy for a long time now, it’s been pointless with him at the helm. If you can’t get it done with a generational talent and goal machine you are not going to get it done, to fail in the task of putting competent players around a player like that is criminal.

Didn’t name my kids after spurs, but for shirts I have a simple rule - if they left tomorrow would you be happy wearing it. I’ve got a Hoddle retro, and a King. I’d wear a Kane shirt to a game quite happily

Haha, indeed, he should have squared it to Sterling! 😂 On a serious note, I'm relieved this is finally coming to an end. It's a rather emotional moment though .

The goblin better not sit on the cash he’s got the match under his feet now
Do you really think he gives a fuck?
It's all about the spreadsheet, not the empty trophy cabinet.

I think you've said this about 8 times now today.

I’m naively hoping Levy’s operation Kane is a blinder. Although he’s going to have pull some fat fxcking rabbit out of the hat to make this even semi palatable.

Still can't make any sense of this move.

-He had better options next season.
-Stepping away from PL goal record.
-Dont see leaving the PL as good for his profile in the US, which he seems super keen about.
-I doubt his wife and kids are too chuffed moving to Germany.
-leaving some top golf courses behind.

So weird. Makes it even harder to take. Feel like he's been guilted into it almost.
I agree with everything you've said.
The ONLY sense I can make of it is that he wanted to ensure we got a fee/wasn't seen to do a Campbell.
But I'm not even sure I believe that.

Ali Gold summed it perfectly, our star players always leave & it all comes back to one man :(

Just can’t get my head around this. Was firmly in the hoping Kane would stay camp the whole time so that plus rivals doing big business the last couple weeks isn’t exactly giving much hope.

Let’s hope Ange can work a miracle and get this lot competing with the best.
