Nonsense. Same absolute garbage written after every lay off. He’s the best No 9 in the world and we are incredibly lucky to have him, people take him for granted.
How am I taking him for granted? I'm rewatching the game as I'm typing this and he's taking too many touches and falling over a lot. I understand its directly related to him coming back from injury. No shit we're incredibly lucky to have him.

I agree with you - a perfect example is where in the lead up to their goal, Kane took a touch and instead of getting the shot off quickly - he took another touch then they got the ball off

They then went up the other end and scored...

He played well and is still rusty

Anyone got the Xhaka challenge on Kane in slo-mo? I tried searching Xhaka Kane on YouTube but it started playing ‘Ain’t Nobody’ instead.

Yeah, just finished the game. Don't think he even took a shot from open play.

As he is England captain, it will be the seasons without a major tournament that we are most likely to lose him. He will be to busy in world cup and euro years. This summer is the one in my mind we are at risk.

As for the Torygraph article, why does anybody pay attention to Matt Law? The guy is a truly awful journalist, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a decent article by him on anything. He’s just part of the Neil Ashton ‘lie and don’t provide evidence’ brigade.

Harry just signed a new contract till 2024, he will have done so perfectly knowing that a trophy was potentially not around the corner and did so off the back of captaining England to a World Cup semi final while finishing top scorer.

In my opinion the earliest we lose him is summer 2022, as he’s turning 29, and for a world record fee. And even then, I don’t think we will as by then we’ll be up another level to where we are at the moment.

Come on mate you're smarter than that...ill agree he does seem to always go negative in regards to us, but he's hardly going to out his source in public is he?
Its coming from somewhere, whether its player/agent/agenda driven is another debate, but its naive to think this is just made up.

I think it's realistic that if the club isn't showing it has serious intent to win things and properly compete -- ie meaningful investment in the first team -- by the end of next season, then Harry would have to start thinking seriously about leaving. Obviously a lot depends on what happens with Poch.

Was just going to post similar.
He will want at least a season in the new stadium but after that I agree it depends what ambition the club show, new players etc

I always suspected that we would be, but it's a relief to get some solid confirmation on this.

If we don’t make decent summer investment then he definitely has a decision to make at the end of next season. It’s trophies Vs becoming a club legend and a fantastic settled lifestyle in London. In reality his only realistic option in this country is city. I’d have said United but they have Lukaku and Rashford who are both young.

Unless United do the Icardi/Lukaku swap that's been in the press for a couple of weeks.

I think the media have got this all wrong.

He’s been frustrated in the last three games. He’s been angry at the results. Thing is, this is down to him loving to club and being desperate to win. I think his reactions show he’s more likely to stay if anything!
