I just read that. Shearer has done a few pieces for the Athletic and they've all been good. Whoever writes them for him does a good job.

It's the last paragraph that clinches it for me. It's the club's move. Give him what he wants. A chance at to challenge. If Levy cant promise him that then who can blame Harry for looking elsewhere even if he is under contract.

If I was Harry Kane, nothing would piss me off like ex-pros and pundits weighing in on what he should do for the good of his career. That’s a bandwagon I’ll happily watch roll by. I’ve got way too much respect for Harry as a player and a man to offer him advice on a decision that I know for myself is rarely linear and that may not, in the end, be his to make. What I would say, though, is this: if he’s going to leave, it looks like this summer or not at all.

Guess that respect doesn't extend to being consistent considering that was from the end of last month.

I think DL will get this right; he is a better seller than buyer.
If Harry leave, it's unlikely that he would be sold to another PL club. Doing so would mean saying good bye to CL in the forseeable future.
I also think that if we DO sell him, we would really have to change the way we play because counter-attack wouldn't work. I expect to see Mourinho go as well on that basis.
