Hypothetically...would you lot accept the following with the news that Kane expressed his desire to leave? :

Out:
Kane - £150million

In:
Ings or Toney - £30million
Grealish - £80million
The rest of the remaining £40million on a quality centre back
It should just be...

Sign Grealish. That's it, thats how you get Kane back on side.

I really don't want him to go to another english club but he will. I'd rather him go city then making utd, chelsea or liverpool better.

If he goes to Chelsea, are there any good lawyers on here that could get me off with Manslaughter of a bald little **** face?

He's got three years left on his contract. I am sure if another club, other than a PL rival, offers £150M+ Levy would probably accept it. Where's he going? Madrid? Barca? Don't think either can afford him. PSG? Tin pot league. Bayern? They have Lewandowski.

it was only a matter of time I guess. If he ends up at Man City then, OK.

if he ends up at Man Utd I’ll be bloody fuming.

imperitave that the new manager, whoever it may be, is backed fully with some cash.
it is not going to happen - we will not invest in critical positions and we will be in exactly the same position this time next season wondering when the season will end ASAP

Youre right my bad - my point didnt come across well - whilst we are a top six club we arent exactly challengers to much.

Totally agree with that and to be honest none of can hand on heart say that we are overly surprised by this.

I will say however that this will be done on our terms. People may think that optimism but Levy is not a stupid man and he knows that this could very well spark total protests with everyone going for his and Enic out. No way is he going to either Chelsea or Utd, and I’m not sure City will stump up that sort of money.

Potentially they could come at us with £70/80m plus a couple of players like Ake, Sterling or Bernardo Silva as these players have all been rumoured to be part of the players that City are willing to let go.

Fact is, none of us truly know what’s been said and how the conversation went (if at all). The next Kane interview will be telling and also hopefully will hear something from ITK soon.

Fine we are a top six club, my bad, but what exactly are we challenging for? Next season most likely we will be challenging for top four and then perhaps challenging for the title the following season but lots of uncertainties with that
Something that City, Chelsea, Real Madrid, PSG can’t offer him.
The big one...The UEFA Europa Conference League.

It’s what kids dream of, growing up.

I know they are historically the biggest club in England but is Man Utd a step up from Tottenham right now?

Current squad wise they are on a par with us at best and if we had a half decent manager we'd easily finish above them in the league as we have done more recently than not.

He'll be guaranteed success at Man City and I think that's where he'll end up, if Levy agrees a price.

Oh come on. United are better than us in almost every area of the pitch - with the exception of Kane, Son and potentially Hojbjerg and Reguilon, I can’t see who from our squad gets a regular start in theirs.

And they’re 2nd in the league with a PE teacher in charge.

Yes, United is a step up from us right now.

I don’t doubt that he’d want to leave if an opportunity came up, my doubt lies whether teams are going to offer £150m + massive wages in these times and for a 28 year old with some dodgy ankles

That was very quick. Stinks of Kane’s reps going to Sky and we knew it was going to happen so stuck something out quickly

Kane and his agents know what they're doing. Put the word out and hope the bids come in forcing levy to make a choice.

City or PSG are the only teams I imagine who can.
