Bruno, Kane and Sancho trio would win them at least one big trophy. That's assuming Woodward doesn't screw up Sancho deal.Yeah, I just don’t think, in spite of United probably winning the Europa this season, that they’re actually that good or have noticeably bigger chances of winning the biggest trophies than us. I can’t see them winning a PL or CL any time soon
That would be so much worse
We’ve seen this season that having one or two superstar genius players and a malfunctioning whole doesn’t do you any good. Replacing Kane like for like is obviously impossible. We need to buy four or five young, hungry players with pace and become a fast, high pressing nightmare to play against again. We’d be foolish to try and replace Kane with someone of Kane’s calibre - simply because there is no one. Who’s on the same level? Lewandowski? Haaland? Neymar? They’d cost the entire fee we receive for Kane and more.
Next level down you’ve probably got the likes of Lukaku, Griezmann, Benzema - again, not happening.
Best thing we could do is replace Harry with a decent enough striker or two, accepting they won’t be on his level, and spend the rest of the money improving the players behind them.
Hm, think everyone is too partisan for that to make any difference, city fans will hate him, arsenal fans will still hate him, Liverpool etcBut what better way to get everyone to love you? They’ve got a massive support base in england. And they’ve got a ton of money with desperate to be loved owners. A desperate to be loved by his country top player with a desperate to be loved owner who also owns said players idol’s nfl team. Makes sense he’d want United
When he goes, you don’t bring him back. He’s made a choice of chasing trophies over those legends records, that has to be a choice he lives with, not one where he gets to have the best of both worlds. I have no particular hopes that he gets his PL title or his CL title - he could have had both with us, we didn’t fail him, we were brilliant. He talks about not wanting to regret anything, well, that record I think might be one thing he’d truly regret as until him everyone pretty much thought it an unbreakable total from Greavsie, and it was there in his hands, two years from now he’d have it, still not be thirty and could move anywhere in the world cemented forever as the king of white hart lane. But doing a Sherringham or now a Bale, it’s never the same, and I’d be a bit gutted to be honest if our record became an end of career ‘bonus’
Will they really spend 200m+ on sancho and Kane?Bruno, Kane and Sancho trio would win them at least one big trophy. That's assuming Woodward doesn't screw up Sancho deal.
Yes but i personally think its high time we realize we do it to ourselves. Cant say you’re a big club when you refuse to act like it & always be more than willing to let yourselves get fucked over repeatedly. Kane is just another in a looooooong line under Daniel. I dont care about that anymore. There is poison in the club and it needs to get out for us to have any hope whatsoever. That poison is the chairman & the majority share holder.
He wants to leave I'd take £120m & Greenwood. Kane will be back in the Europa league by Jan with Ole in charge. Kane can become the example used to suggest it's not always best to leave SpursIf we sell him to United. I just give up. Think time to send ST back after 20 years.

Add Eriksen, even Trippier in a way. There is a consistent pattern here, and it didn't start with Levy taking his eye off the ball with the stadium. It's been there from the start.Campbell, Carrick, Berbatov, Bale, Modric, Walker
Best add Kane to the list of players that didn’t feel Enic could match their ambition.
The blame lies firmly with Levy. We were second, so nearly champions but he didn’t build on that.
He let good players move on without adequate replacement. To be keep the team fresh was the way to go, he let it get stale and mouldy.
A chance to win a trophy and he sacks the manager 6 days before. Now I wanted to see the back of Mourinho but he was a winner and should have had the chance. Not sure even winning that would keep Harry but he would have left with a medal. (Not saying we would have won)
Harry leaving won’t be the end of Tottenham but our dreams are shattered and we must look forward to a painful rebuild and mid table nothingness for a few years.
Why will any really decent manger come here looking at what’s gone on?
Good luck Harry we will miss you but another hero will come along. ??
They were spending big money before and they need to get their fans on their side again. Pogba and Ighalo are out of contract and they will look to sell Martial. Will they really spend 200m+ on sancho and Kane?
No chance Haaland is coming here lolLet's sell Kane, if he wants to leave it's no idea to keep him. It will just be the new Erikson! Levy forced him to stay and then got almost nothing for him compared if we sold him earlier.
For the money we get from Kane, go all in for Haaland!
But our focus should also be on 2 new CB and 1 RB to start with
