The difficult thing for Nuno is he knows Kane would never have done this to Mourinho.

He's treated him like shit, undermined him to the whole squad and the poor bloke hasn’t even started.

Indeed. If H truly cared about Spurs he would have acted differently.

Reading the last few pages is horrific reading.
We all knew how Kane would need to push through a move. That doesn’t mean he loves the club any less.
This club have failed him. Failed to back managers and sign players to match his clear world class talent.

Once again as predicted. Once Kane goes it’ll be ‘Well done Levy on getting a good deal for a wantaway player’

seriously the only problem at our club is The owners. Not the player who lives and breathes this club

the player who has given so much. He is truly one of our own regardless of how this pans out.

we failed him.

Only way back for back for him would be a Gerrardesque U turn, a public statement and new contract.
This won’t happen, sold his legacy for oil money

I think people are getting a little carried away. I'm willing to wait and see how this plays out before I condemn a man many see as a present club legend.

We know the outcomes, let's see what happens. If Kane stays then what reason would we have for not getting behind him? He hasn't been that vocal about this people are just reacting to new articles.

yes it was Kounde as someone said it was happening to me which was a complete surprise as last week it was not for us however if something has changed I said I would be very happy (y) enjoy the window everyone. My comments on HK are also well noted previously too before anyone asks. Sorry I don't post officially anymore but too many snitches and ITK tier bollocks!! xx
Thanks for the reply though. Always good to see you post but understand why you don't sadly ?

Not sure if it’s been mentioned but City still confident on Grealish

Fwiw the deal could be done with a phone call. It's City that have held this back.

Only question is why.

As I posted yesterday the only logical explanation is they can't get both Harry and Jack. They'd prefer Harry but it's difficult so they are waiting to see if he can put enough pressure on to change our stance.

Good luck with that!

Did we , he wants to win trophies but failed to show up in multiple finals to win which seems to be the thing every body says he wants. It goes both ways

Goes to show how desperately Kane wants to move. He feels the pressure believing City can only afford one of either him or Grealish, and so he's doing everything possible to force the move with Spurs to make sure he gets the transfer ahead of Grealish. Meanwhile Grealish stays classy and professional

It seems they can't afford Kane on his own either

If there was a gentleman's agreement that Kane could leave for a bid of £100m and Levy is now reneging on this agreement I don't blame Kane one bit.

The owners are the problem at this club, not Harry Kane.

Failed him? The guy is on a contract that pays him £60 million over six years. But you want us to feel like he’s been let down?

I find it very hard to believe that someone as smart as Levy would say a world class striker with 3 years left on their contract can leave for 100m.

I think most people in here believe that the owners of the club have largely contributed to our decline. Regardless of this Kane's behaviour has been poor and disrespectful, especially considering that City haven't even tabled a realistic bid yet. Nobody has covered themselves in glory, and as usual it's poor old spurs fans stuck in the middle.

Seems to me that Harry has always been Guardiola’s no 1 target. Citeh laying down Grealish’s release clause has put the wind up HK and his team. £160m, let’s deal and get Ings in for a couple of seasons and rebuild. We should never have been in this position, Jose stint has put us back 3 years and we’ve seen plenty.of teams steal a march on us. I’m not hugely impressed by so far signing a reserve keeper and a kid from the Olympics so I can’t imagine Harry is either. Still, he should be turning up for work like the rest of us.

will no one spare a thought for the poor oil lords having to pay a fair price??

Sorry even if there was a gentleman’s agreement that went out the window the moment he did the Neville interview before the end of the season.

Dude, Levy got a ton of cash for Bale at a time when transfer fees were nowhere near as high as they are now..

Remember, Levy will be dealing with probably the richest club on earth here and Harry is our prized asset, as far as business goes. Only a clown would think Levy would take 100million and say thank you for your efforts via a handshake..

It's ridiculous to think there are still so many with the thoughts of clubs owing the players when the players themselves are paid by the clubs to train, kick the ball and being directly involved in winning or losing. The players owe it to the clubs FFS! Having the mindset of such players' entitlement is outrageous.

Like, how does it even make sense in the corporate world for any one employee, the highest paid one for the matter, to feel let down by the company for not allowing him to leave for his dream post in another firm when he himself signed that long lucrative contract and expect the firm paying anything less than what the company valued in him in breaking it to get accepted?
