Romano tweeting the same shit again.

It's all very boring. Pay up or fuck off no matter how many leaks you give to desperate journalists it won't bring the price down.

It devolved to Shitty saying, 'we're willing to make a bid of x amount but Spurs have to make the call...' Shitty are playing silly buggers, they have zero intention of paying the fee Levy wants, they're hoping the pressure forces Levy to come grovelling to them.

Having just watch a timid and toothless Arsenal get turned over, I'm still easily convinced we're better off keeping Kane this season. We have to put up with this crap until Sept 1, since it's the Spurs way to think the opening 4 games don't really count even though they do. But it'll be a big deal if Kane is with us on Sept 1st and we forge ahead with our new manager.

They have the money, and clearly want Kane and nobody else. Somehow I get the feeling that for them it is about the prestige of beating Levy in the art of negotiation.

If City only want him he will probably stay with us, if they really need him they'll pay the asking price, he's really pissed Levy off and I doubt if he'll back down.

Just watched Simon Jordan and Martin Keown- wow! Jordan really is showing sense, while Keown what a twat! Gooner fuckwit where he couldn't string any kind of argument against Jordan.
Jordan- he getting better and better.
MK says 125m is more than enough and SJ says Levy wants a bit more than that! For sure he does want more! ALOT more!
How MK is making a living on that showing talking sh1t like that- the only thing he got right in my POV was that a deal will happen after the game (if not already agreed behind closed doors)

What this shows is that ex-footballers have no f idea about business or reality of running a football club and they are normally self serving and entitled and it shows in their myopic world, football is a really strange world of ego and fantasy and not like any other business in the world with incredible amounts of money thrown in and Daniel is genuinely amazing in the business side and less so in the football side! Jordan is bang on with his commentary on us all week.

The whole ex-players as pundits is very hit and miss- few are ok, but mostly they have agendas and have followers from their former clubs to keep happy. MK really was terrible there and reminded me of Sol C. in his inability to show any kind of sense to a former rival and to SJ who steamrolled him.
