Think Harry is doing a good job for the team and is an absolutely crucial part of it
Am sure Conte sees him as one of the proverbial first names on the team sheet
This, more or less. He clearly isn't at his best, but at the same time, he is still contributing enough to make him a starter. Right now he isn't scoring chances he normally would, but he is hardly missing sitters either. Early this season chances simply weren't coming his way, and he is partly at fault for that, he does need to get into the box more. But, now he's getting those chances and I feel he probably would end the season with double figures in the league.

I would not want to sell him, bridges haven't been meaningfully burnt. This is football, Gerrard almost left Liverpool, Rooney almost left United. They stayed and all was forgotten. Letting him go to man utd would be criminal. They are direct competitors and he would make Man utd much much stronger. Man city is at least more understandable. But if city arent interested (I'm predicting a low ball offer this summer) we cannot sell the Utd, no way is that okay.

Why didn’t they bid for him last summer then ?
Maybe we knew we would refuse them out of hand? When they got Ronaldo that's that, no way they go for Kane too. But selling to United, who we know are likely to be competing for the same CL spaces as we are, would be incredibly stupid, regardless of how much they offered. Never strengthen a direct competitor.

Absolute state of this. One of the worst tweets I’ve ever seen and that takes some doing. She hasn’t even deleted it.

What’s her point? Like thousands and thousands of others, she seems to forget that Kane isn’t our captain so can’t be stripped of it. And if she knew that, I’m still not sure what her point is. There’s been no media backlash or anything, it’s all been dealt with internally so what’s she on about?

Also, this wasn’t Aubameyang’s first offence.

Her point is that she is implying it’s because PEA is black and foreign. Utterly disgusting and people like this are just as responsible for social tensions as the far right

I think her point, whilst being wrong is that English players get treated different

Though her wider point which is dumb, is that Harry should be stripped from his international captaincy because of a club matter

the poll at the top of this thread indicates just how "forgiving" we have been. lol
she probably might has have a good point. tweets aren't a great place to make them.

Not even the unholy offspring of Steve Nash, Tom Brady and Christian Eriksen could get this dud scoring again.

We need to ditch this zero and get ourselves a hero. Am I right, Ladies?

I'm not trying to tempt fate. If this chump scores tonight, I will literally apologise.

She doesn't have a point at all. If it was identical offenses by two players at the same club then fair enough, but it isn't. To say they're even similar offenses is a stretch.

It's just the familiar case of ex-footballers speaking about subjects they clearly know nothing about because they feel they need to.

Just another bitter Gooner who can't handle that they're shite now.
She’s a United fan although she played for the goons. Just another clueless, talentless prick from the sky / Talkshite stable gobbing off for a reaction. How she’s made it into mainstream media I’ll never know, she’s absolutely fucking useless.

Given the standards in mainstream media these day you’ve answered your own question

It’s blatantly obvious how she’s made it into mainstream media

In one very small regard I do agree with part of what she said - we did let H off really lightly for sodding us around in the summer. He should have been stripped of the vice captaincy and trained alone to get up to speed.

Don't think it's anything to do with him being England captain or any of the other implications she's making though. It's purely because we're a bit weak and DL didn't want to affect his prize asset's value (although Kane managed that himself by playing like a wanker for the first 10-12 games of his season).

I really hope this time off will be ideal for Kane. I have seen no suggestion he has got covid and if he can stay clear it could be perfect for him. He's had an incredibly busy year with England and Spurs. We always start him and even started him at Mura. There's no doubt his drop off has a massive impact on goals for. A revitalised and refreshed Kane could be perfect as we approach the 2nd half of the season.
