I’ll be honest I didn’t really expect to be dealing with this again this summer, probably naively. Thing is the only realistic destination I could see for him is Bayern and I just struggle to see him going there if I’m honest

I do not know why. We do not need money, so I cannot see any mileage in us selling one of the best strikers in the world, where we are striving for a trophy as soon as possible. It just would not make any footballing sense whatsoever. Therefore I am not concerned.

The fact that this thread is even bumped here is nuts, there's no way in hell he leaves now, not this summer, not ever. IMO. He'll sign a new contract by the end of the year and retire here. Last year was his Gerrard to Chelsea moment and all he's said in interviews this summer is how excited he is to play under Conte next season.

I'd even say that 1) he wouldn't go abroad as we know he wants the PL goals record and 2) we wouldn't sell unless it was abroad. So by process of elimination he's going nowhere.

There's a world cup in four months time. There is no way Kane would want to risk any sort of disruption in the build up to that, and a transfer, or even more so asking for a transfer, would do just that. There's more chance of me joining Bayern Munich this summer than there is Kane.
