Why would Levy reschedule talks until Monday?
what’s he gaining from this if as it appears he’s just delaying the inevitable.
Meetings for all things get moved all the time for no surreptitious reasons.

Why can't they just do it over Skype or better yet Bayern email ,'ok 85 million pounds plus another 10 if we win the champions league. Then levy can reply 'higher' and they can keep going.

Kane was clearly impressed with TT when they spoke. Makes me wonder if all this could have been avoidable of levy hadn’t messed around waiting and just pounced on TT when he was available.

the road to Ange was painful lest we we forget.

Don’t think that’s an accurate recollection of what happened at all.

Regardless of what happens with Kane I'm much happier to be going forward with Ange than with Tuchel.

Tuchel's a good manager but it would've been Jose/Conte all over again in terms of moodiness behind the scenes, expectations not being met and pragmatic football. He wouldn't have lasted 2 seasons.

Maybe Kane's having second thoughts?
Maybe levy wants the weekend and one last roll of the dice to convince him to stay?

Cannot imagine actually wanting Tuchel after the last 4 years.

FYI I’m not saying one or the other is better. I’m just asking if once again the outcome of levy not making a decision quick has potentially lost us Kane (or speeded it up at least)

You sure Ange is gonna tolerate levy? He's been asking for a CB for two weeks and is about to lose Kane.

5 minutes after we started sniffing around Tuchel, Bayern sacked their manager and hired him, so I don't think that he was ever a serious option.

Ange seems a lot less demanding than Conte and Jose.

The way he answered the question about the CBs the other day summed it up for me:

Are frustrated at all with the lack of new centre-backs bearing in mind you identified it early on as a need?

No, it's just the football world, mate. I've been in it a long time. I wish it could be like my wife with Amazon where we get deliveries everyday mate. But I can't put one in and get it the next day, unfortunately. It's just the way of the football world so no frustration, just keep working hard to try and get it done.

Can you imagine Jose, Conte or Tuchel saying that?

Behind the scenes I'm sure he'll get frustrated at the lack of movement but I can't foresee any of the mad psychodramas we've got from previous managers. I think he's much more in the Poch mould than the Jose/Conte mould.
