Don't know if its just me but I'm kind of less excited about this match now with Kane starting and no Richy to be seen as it means yet more uncertainty just a week away from the start of the season.

If we'd turned down Bayern's latest bid and it was decided Kane was staying then great but as its still seemingly up in the air this feeling of uncertainty continues, I want to know either way how our team is going to look this season under Ange and obviously the Kane decision is a huge part of that.

Poor old Ange.. his first game in charge at his home stadium and the whole event will be turned in to the Harry Kane circus!
That's why I hope Harry didn't ask for a send off game if he's gone... he should find some other way to say goodbye..... I really hope he's playing today because there's no deal with Bayern.

Not heard anything different to suggest he's no longer off. I imagine he just wanted one final send off in front of the fans. Alongside this, we are trying to line up some new signings. I have zero idea why Levy is in the US.
According to bild, he's visiting his family for the weekend. Long way for a weekend visit.

I doubt he has asked for it, it might be his last game still but until there is official confirmation he’s still a spurs player and the best we have in his position, he will play until he’s no longer available, especially with Richy being injured again.

The end of this game will be very telling for me and how Kane is. I don't think you'll need to be a Spurs Community body language expert to know either. COYS enjoy the game lads.

Trix with a little nugget in the Veliz thread...

I hate it. Add in Bissouma's little knock, no new LCB in the line-up.

Hoping to see some good football, but I've lost a bit of enthusiasm.

Maybe seeing Sarr and Udogie stake a claim for a starting spot will help. And Maddison, I am looking forward to seeing more of him in these tactics.

If that's the case... fine :)

I don't know what to think anymore. Would we, Bayern and Kane risk a serious injury if the deal was really close? I mean, we are talking about a big money transfer here.

Best two options that can happen here is that Kane either says his goodbyes to the crowd at the end of the game or he announces he's signing a new contract.

The club as a whole are crying out for some finality on the situation.

We would. Kane probably does not consider it a risk. And, Bayern have no say in the matter.

Yea I just can't see it, I know others say some other players play 90 mins before soon after making a move but this is a potential £100mil move, if it was 90%+ of the way there no chance he plays surely.

He flew on a Saturday, 9 hour flight, and we’re expected to believe he has gone for the weekend, most of that would be travelling.
Yep. He'd have to do this at the airport.
