Meanwhile, Liverpool bidding almost £100m for Caicedo without selling any of their best players, whilst we hang about waiting to spread ourselves thin and spend pennies on some young replacements for our best player this Century.

The difference between us and even the tightest of our top 6 rivals is clear.
They sold fabinho for like 60m

We've sold winks for 10

Umm, I know this makes for a good post and all, but it's devoid of all fact.

Liverpool sold their captain to Saudi and Fabinho for between €50-60m

Can anyone let me know why they think orban is the way forward after selling Kane? I’m so worried about our ST position now as Richy isn’t good enough either imo.

If we do the data based recruitment, best choice is Muani, who looks PSG bound.
Other than him, Jonathan David & Orban have very good data match up, except for lack of aerial prowess.
Vlahovic is a no go for me.

Orban is my preferred choice as his ceiling is not yet defined. Cost wise, also 25m (quoted) gives us a good risk reward interms of outlay.

Additionally, I would like us to sign Toney who is known PL quality

lol this place is hilarious. I'm actually shocked many thought he would not be sold at all. We've just been waiting for the right offer to come in, much like two years ago with man city. I was telling all the guys this on Sunday, it all makes a lot of common sense and logic but perhaps that is something lost on people these days.

why would it be toxic, fans should back their team no matter who is in the squad. Grow up people
Not towards the squad, towards DL. There is already a planned protest in regards to ticket prices, this would only add fuel to the fire

I'll just add I still don't think this is a done deal and I wouldn't be putting my money on him staying or going at this stage.

So what you're telling me is to lump huge sums on both outcomes and either way I win?

I'll be sending you a nice little war chest to say thank you senpai.

I think the evidence I'd use to support my argument that Levy is trying to call Kane's bluff is; have you ever seen a deal reported with such consistency about how it's now down to the player to decide? Sure it's mentioned here and there but look how explicit it is being said.

Whatever you may think of Levy, he found a way to make this situation win/win for himself. He either got the deal or he's going to force Kane to show his hand. If Kane stays, the worst thing he can do for himself is be pressured into signing a new deal. If you want to stay, stay but keep your leverage.

Don't let little things like facts get in the way of a good Levy-bashing... Next thing you'll be saying the Berbatov sale was 15 years ago

Now is not the time to be against each other. Debate? Sure, but pointing out a different opinion as a reason for the problems at the club I don't think is fair, every fan has the right to have a view on the subject.

Those who make an impact are the ones who actually make decisions, it's not like we can take them out of charge with a vote. The emotional side wants another year of a legend at the club, but anyone who has ever owned a business knows that you can't turn down such a large revenue that may not exist in a year's time.

Hopefully it will be more positive here in a few days when we get to see some PL football.

Only leak is from German side , not Levy
