Maybe, just maybe. And hear me out.

With the Richarlison news, Kane see’s it will fuck the start to our season? He wouldn’t want that. Leave a sinking ship in trouble.

Im being highly optimistic, but could that sway his decision. We’ve always needed and wanted him, but now we REALLY need and WANT him.

Article is saying that Tuchel is the one persuading him and is the main reason BM want Kane.. not a stretch to say that Kane is going there for Tuchel and easy trophies.. going by the article.
If you go to a Club for a specific Manager, then you are setting yourself up for failure, Clubs like Bayern are happy to ditch Coaches/Managers at the drop of a hat.

Its also about Brentford. Its 38 league games, not 35, 36 or 37.
When we are a team that wins things we won't have players that want to leave to win things. The transfer window dates are out of our control. It is what it is. Levy is to blame for most of it because he only spends when its essential, rather than thinking ahead. We are where we are, and in the situation we currently find ourselves in we need to think longer term than the next 3 games. I get where you're coming from but it sounds like they've accepted an offer so their view is different.

Yup, especially as there was a possibility they were gonna get rid of him already when it looked like they were gonna lose the league, he'd be mental to go there specifically for Tuchel

It’s making us look pretty small time. Clinging on to the hope a player leans a bit further into giving us another year before most likely leaving on a free. I know he’s a club legend and probably the best striker we’ll see wear our shirt but jeez we’re a football club with a huge fan base who have seen, dependent on age, a lot of incredible players play for us. However amazing he’s been we are not the Harry Kane football club but it’s really feeling like it today and I don’t like it.

As i said in another post i’m obviously not Levy’s biggest fan but I think this post is a little unfair. Levy is realistically playing the only card he has. I said along that Kane had the power, it wasn’t rocket science. Levy is trying to use whatever (very little) leverage he has. There was always a strong possibility Kane would want to see out his contract.

Levy’s biggest errors are the mess that’s been made ever since Poch went, that has led us here, but that’s for another thread. I’m not going to blame Levy at this point for trying to do what he can in a really tough situation.
I think you'll find Levy playing the cards he wants to... I'd say he made massive errors during Poch's tenure, he had plenty of cards to play then.... If he'd played them right, we might not be in this situation.

I'm not saying he'll stay but I don't see what's so surprising about that possibility. If you're him, do you really want to lock yourself down to Munich for 5 years? As long as we don't look like we'll be a total ****show like last year, it seems in his interest to stay the year and then recommit if things are on the up, or have his choice of any alternative that he wants. On a free teams will be falling all over him to hand him essentially his own transfer fee. Though realistically I can't see him going to another prem team. Would he really put on another team's colors, play against Spurs, and score the last 20 goals to overtake Shearer in another club's shirt. I don't buy it - I realize he considered City two years ago, but at this point I don't buy it. I could see him going to Barca or Real, but not another PL team.
So make that known months ago and stop wasting everyone's time???? Not to mention the level of disruption to preparations and incoming transfer business.

The huge decision is really his family uprooting them to Germany/Munich for potentially 5 years, or stay 1 more year at Spurs, see how it goes maybe sign an extension if not then go on a free next summer to City or Man.U and keep the family in England.

Moving a family, 3 kids and a pregnant wife to another country away from all of your family when you're both family people and childhood sweethearts is a huge huge decision.

I can absolutely see Kane getting cold feet on this.

It really comes down to is it more important to him to win a few German tin pots, be playing in the CL again and in with a chance of winning it or keep his family happy. (Not to say they couldn't be happy in Munich but its a big risk moving country when you're quite a settled family).

Really can't call this at all.

You believed the Dog Passports story?
How else will customs know who they are? They can't speak, you know.

(Point was more that there's always rumours - I just don't see how he could go undetected across Europe without anyone saying anything.)
