Yeah, but let’s not let that get in the way of a good kicking.3rd in net spend over the last 5 years.
Annoyed that Levy actually sanctioned that. Would have thought comfortably over £100mil was the magic number. All reports are that it’s barely £100mil with the add ons.
Yes because they can’t get rid of the rubbish they’ve bought previously.3rd in net spend over the last 5 years.
More like Florian fucking with us fansI hope we are just fucking with Florian
Putting that money straight back down on the best young striker we could get, or a statement signing of real quality that immediately improves our starting XI that we have just significantly weakened.
I think he has done everything i would have done. It's all common sense business wise,We give Levy shit but tbf, he’s got this spot on. Ballsy move too.
Who would you go for that is achievable, this isn't a gotcha question, just interestedI’ve been saying this from the start, I completely agree with you. If you’re loosing a world class attacker, one that has carried the team for seasons, for large money you have to go out and buy a top quality replacement. Doesn’t even need to be a CF, could be a WF, but ether way someone who is already an elite player. The fact that we are supposedly looking at the likes of Orban, Fati and Johnson as our primary targets is absolutely shocking. Long term yes Orban looks promising and I’m not against adding him as Udogie/Sarr type signing but he’s not your one attacking reinforcement after loosing probably the best striker in the world. I mean the kid is 21, has only played 24 matches for Gent and is still monumentally raw. Levy really is going to have to pull a rabbit out of the hat here but from experience we all know he won’t.
Seeing you don’t need to sell to spend, he’s in the midst of an existential crisisLevy probably having a panic seeing Caicado going to Liverpool for £110M
