Let's face it Kane has shown loyalty that the club haven't deserved. The last 4 years have been a shit show and he was clearly right to try and leave a few years back.

I really hope this isn’t their send off.

Chairman, Daniel Levy, said: “We sought over a long period of time to engage Harry and his representatives in several forms of contract extension, both short and long term. Harry was clear, however, that he wanted a fresh challenge and would not be signing a new contract this summer. We have reluctantly, therefore, agreed to his transfer.

I don’t get why he needed to say this.

Neither do I completely unnecessary and classless.

Goodbye Harry sad to see you go but I have supported THFC all my life not Harry Kane. You gave me great memories but ultimately every player moves on or retires so COYS onwards and upwards.

Levy, the real reason he's leaving isn't because he didn't want to sign a new contract. It's because you fucked the football side for several seasons, starting with not signing anyone for 18 months, not backing Poch to rebuild, hiring three managers who were appallingly unsuitable for us, not backing them either, failing to fix gaping holes in the squad, failing to move on players who weren't working out, doing the bare minimum with signings and generally showing more interest in go karting than success on the pitch.
I’d love to know if Poch thought the painful bit would include selling H.

But fucking hell Donna, you didn’t need to make the announcement about Spurs. Should just have been about Harry.

This fucking club.

Because he and the board constantly absolve themselves from criticism. Any interview over the last year or so he refutes the accusation that they haven’t backed managers.
I genuinely think in their eyes, they are doing a good job and don’t understand the lack of success. They are utterly deluded

Ive bored more son to death from 5 years old going on and on about what a privilege it was to have watched Glenn Hoddle. My son will no doubt bore his son and my grandson to death about tails of Harry Kane.
Same here…it’s been an absolute joy watching both of them..

As I've said before, I work in comms now and our PR is amateur hour. The social team are good but the club comms are a joke.

It’s not like he needs to appease the shareholders with the decision. He is the fucking shareholder.

Because he's attempting to deflect away from the reality that Harry gave us countless opportunities to build a team worthy of him....around him.

Levy failed big time and instead is trying to push the blame on to Kane's contract situation whereby he was totally in his rights to run it down because he didn't see the ambition being shown, or enough of it.

Levy is a fuckinc weasel. We need him out.

Imagine giving this extraordinary contribution and leaving in a dignified manner for Levy to come out with that.

Disgusting.

Levy- “It goes without saying he’s always welcome back”

So we’ll never ever see him again and he won’t be inducted into the hall of fame

Nice one Danny!
