Been trying to prepare my boy for this day for ages (H is his favourite player). He is devastated this morning, we’ve had tears, anger, more tears…….

Good luck Harry. I hope you're knee-deep in trophies in a year or two. No one tried harder than you. Thank you for everything.

What I think about Levy isn't printable...

All the very best of the best mate.

Right! He’s gone now. So how about all you grown men and women stop bickering. Onwards and hopefully upwards. We are still Spurs with or without Kane. COYS!

Ah mate give it a breather with the grown men rhetoric, absolutely tired of people who are uncomfortable around people expressing themselves. It's a discussion board, where people express their thoughts and sometimes their feelings, it is not the responsibility of posters who are comfortable expressing themselves to navigate around those uncomfortable. It is not their fault people can't read negative opinions without feeling negative themselves. If people want to feel good all the time, then feel good, 6 or 6000 posts that are negative don't stop the ability to feel good.

i reckon he comes back at 34 and breaks shearers record, his so close must still be on his mind, players can play longer these days, ibra got 17 in the league at 36, same for Ronaldo at 37, 3 seasons at 16 goals a season and he gets there.

He's going to need on average 16 goals 3 seasons running to do that. He won't do that as the back up option so will have to start a lot of games at that age. if we are in a position where we are needing a player in their late 30's to come back and lead the line we are fucked in both the short and long term.

So much bitterness. Let him win the budesliga. It’s still a major trophy, which is something he still has never won. He’s also got a good shout at the CL as well. This man gave us everything, and he was extremely professional on how he handled the transfer. If you want to show bitterness, do it to levy as he’s the one that drove our lad out of his boyhood club by showing zero no ambition.

Not sure what people are upset about now? The club tried to convince Harry to sign a new contract but he wouldn’t so we sold him rather than let him leave on a free next summer. What’s so controversial about what Levy has said?

It may be factually correct but it's just an unnecessary piece of deflection, why feel the need to start the statement with that? We tried our best but mean old Harry wouldn't sign our lovely contract, boo-fucking-hoo. Completely ignores the context of the situation.

How about just wishing him all the best, it's just completely classless and sums up Levy & Cullen.

He’s a bit like giroud where his game doesn’t rely on pace at all so I can see this happening.

If he’s still one of the best players in the world, you dont say no to two or three seasons.

Aren’t they the ones organising the protest next week?
Which will achieve nothing, even if they do get more than 50 people involved. Nothing they propose or do hits Daniel where it hurts. Until he fears the trust and by extension the fans he will continue to do as he pleases with the absolute immunity from consequence that he currently enjoys.
