Here’s the goal for anyone who hasn’t seen it. Prob one of the best ever goals scored in the budesliga.

let’s bring him home after he’s won the league and CL!

Don't know about "best" goal ever scored. He simply lobbed the keeper who was too far out.

Its not even Kane's best long-range goal - the one against Juve in pre-season when he beat Szczesny

Glad that he's absolutely smashing it whilst we are too, I was desperate for him to stay as I thought there was an opportunity coming but I'm glad both parties are going strong.

Best goals are intricate team plays or skilfull solo runs. Long range hits are fun but I’d say that goals like Bales or Sons where the keepers are in the correct position are far better than this.

Much as I would like him to win champ lge , I cannot see it as their defence is just not good enough. Brilliant front 4 though.
every chance of lifting the euros. Put him with Bellingham who won el Classico on his own.

Eight goals in the 2nd half

Such a bizarre league, handful of genuinely decent teams (Dortmund & RB always look good in Europe) but the rest make it look a bit of a joke.

I know that it's subjective but I thought that it was a pretty decent goal!
Scoring a goal from the halfway line can never be anything less than decent, regardless of a goalkeeper’s position. It’s difficult enough doing it on an empty pitch with all the time you need.

From the BBC:

"On his long-distance strike, Kane added: "This is the first time I've scored one like that. I'm always looking where the 'keeper is. I looked up and I could see the 'keeper was off his line.

"I've tried it a few times in my career, and it was nice to see this one dip under the crossbar.""

Umm...pretty sure he did it against Juventus 🤔 Preseason friendly, sure, but it's still part of his career.

He definitely scored one against Juve in a pre season friendly in Singapore. I was there.

If only he were in our team still. Them half chances we scuff, scrap, miscue etc would all be buried. Who's bright idea was it to bring in some negative managers who wouldn't let us attack teams 😢
Oh to see him at with Ange and this team

I watched it on stream and remember it well as it made sneezy look stupid; and anything that makes sneezy look stupid always registers with me.

Maybe Kane meant it as "in a competitive fixture" rather than pre-season games etc. IIRC he's had a couple of try's at it during England fixtures and for some reason I recall him trying it vs Barca when we were at Wembley or similar.

I wonder how long it will take a player to get bored of being in a league with such a gulf in class from top to bottom? Does that happen when you're the sort of elite-level player Kane clearly is?

We’d not be the team we are now if we still had Kane, the flow of our play would be completely different and players would shrink, i said it at the time when he was linked to Bayern that we could be better overall without him.

Football teams are complex puzzles of talent and emotions, I think Kane would score a lot under Ange but I actually don’t think we’d be better overall, I think he’d effect the balance of what we have right now.
