I've heard it a number of times on SSN, not sure whether it's been confirmed by someone at Spurs yet. Will be good if he is, getting straight in to the action.

Theres no time to sit in the stands and assess things. What is there to assess??? He needs to get stuck straight in!

It would be odd for him to pick the team but for Allen and Inglethorpe to then take charge...

He was quoted as saying he's going into the dressing room before, at half time and after the game. He is also meeting the players this morning. I do not, however, think he will be in charge for the game.

Harry doesn't fuck about. Exactly the sort of manager we need to get hold of these bunch of primadonna wankers.

The only chance we have is to ensure Harry IS in charge and that goes right the way through, including choice of players we buy in future.

Harry's a strong character and won't take any brown stuff from the Board. We're already in enough of that as it is and he could be just the bloke to get us out of it.

No woody? said nothing about that on the OS. Thats a big blow:cry:

sorry - that might have been a bit premature - I read that he was struggling with a groin strain and was very doubtful

I agree. The only thing I think is a negative is that he is getting on a bit and may be winding down.

While it is good that Harry is going to be in complete charge of the signings and bringing in who he wants, I think his most important work is going to be done on the training field. We still have some very good players at the club, but Harry has to get them playing. I'm sure he will. It is a bold move from the board and it is good that they have done it quickly. Could be an interesting few weeks.
