Hello guys. I'm a Korean spurs fan.

I'm a staff at Korean spurs fan site which has 6,800 members. What I do mostly is translating news and articles about spurs into Korean lol

A lot of Korean spurs fans here including me want to know about what other spurs fans at UK or other countries' fans think about.

So I'd like to communicate with you guys. And if you have anything to say to Korean fans leave a comment.

Hi. Great to have you onboard

How did you choose Spurs as your club?

What is the national football league like there?

    Who cares?

But do you honestly think that North Koreans would know about Spurs?

Anyway, welcome to the board, have fun.

What drew many of you South Koreans to support Spurs (best choice you ever made, IMO)?

In my case, Gareth Bale did. And Spurs is quite familiar club to Korea. Because of YP Lee. And many of my fellow spurs fans started to support spurs from then.

Well we have a league called K-League. K stands Korea of course. Well it's quite a great league btw Asia. But I think they are getting weak. Because of money power from China, Japan, Middle Asis Football Leagues. We are losing many great footballer from the league

Agreed about best decision to be a spurs lol

First, EPL is very popular here. Starting from Ji-Sung Park who played Man Utd for... 6 yrs I recall. A lot of Koreans support EPL clubs like Chelsea, ManU, Liverpool, or Arsenal.

Tottenham is not really a popular club among them. But, many of Korean spurs started to support Tottenham since YP Lee period. Or at least they get interested in spurs and started to watch games.

Except YP Lee. Modric, VDV, Bale, Berbatov... etc. these players would be reason for being a spurs. In my case, Bale.

Welcome. Always amazes me how our club touches so many people around the world. Not in a Rolf Harris way obviously

    Welcome aboard !

Thought you might like to know there is a Spurs u15/u16 group doing a tour of Korea sometime in August and taking part in a tournament in Korea. Unfortunately we don't know which tournament ! If can find out let us know - if you can find a website showing results, the squad etc - even better !

Any information gratefully received - best to post it in the youth thread http://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/ind...21-u18-other-youth-news-thread.110644/page-12
